Your scholarship shortlist, in one place
Add your next action for each award. Your list sorts by deadline date, with unconfirmed dates last. This tool does not submit applications or send reminders.
Entries are saved only in this browser on this device. Clearing site data removes them. Use Print to keep a copy; avoid passwords, Social Security numbers and financial documents.

A five-minute routine for each application
Verify before you add
Open the provider’s official page and check your study level, location and other requirements. Save that page, not a search-results link. If the next application cycle has not been announced, leave the deadline blank and set “Check next cycle” as your next action.
Keep the exact deadline
Record the closing date, time and time zone separately. A date without a closing time is incomplete. If references or transcripts must arrive earlier, make those your next action and keep their due dates in your own calendar.
Name the next action
Use something you can finish: request a transcript, ask a teacher for a reference, revise an essay or check a confirmation email. “Work on scholarships” is harder to act on than one specific task.
Update after submitting
Choose “Submitted to provider” only after completing the provider’s submission process. Save confirmation separately. A draft, a queued request or starting an application is not the same as submission.
What to keep with your tracker
Keep a separate folder for each application’s instructions, essay drafts and submission receipt. The tracker is a short index, not a place to store sensitive documents.
- Eligibility: note any condition you still need to verify before spending time on an application.
- Materials: list only what that award requests. A transcript or recommendation required by one provider may not be required by another.
- Award value: if you record it elsewhere, distinguish an annual amount from a multi-year maximum. An advertised maximum is not money you have won.
- After an award: ask your financial aid office how to report it and how it affects your aid offer. Keep renewal requirements alongside the award notice.

Common questions
Is the tracker free?
Yes. You can add entries and print them without an account or an App download.
Will it remind me before a deadline?
No. This website tool does not send notifications or calendar alerts. Add important dates to a calendar you already use.
Can I use my list on another device?
Entries are stored in this browser only and do not sync. Print or save a PDF before changing devices or clearing browser data. On a shared device, another person using the same browser profile may see your list.
Does saving a scholarship apply for it?
No. Follow the official provider’s instructions to apply. This tracker only helps you organize the work.
